The app is just a white screen now because the shop no longer uses the app/they deleted it

Used to be such an easy app to order through and keep track of your reward points. Now every time I open it, theres just a white screen and nothing else.

Used to work just fine. Now when I try to open it I just get a white screen.

Just curious to what happened to the app? Every time I try to launch the app a white screen just pops up and that’s it.
