Redesigned version 3.0
* Version 3.0 contains additional tools with a super small file size so that even devices with very little RAM can handle the tools.
* Unlike the Goodnotes ruler, the ruler has a 1/10th of a millimeter division so that geometry tasks can be performed correctly.
* The "How To" section has been expanded to show solutions to problems if difficulties arise with the tools.

With the image icon selected, the rotate and scale handle for rotating the tools is now outside the arrowhead for aligning the tools for better visibility when aligning.
In this release, adjustment of all base collections. All other tools will be adjusted in the next update, coming soon.
