I have messaged them many times to cancel my subscription and they don’t get back to you. I think they make it difficult on purpose. I tried the app for 2 days and want to cancel and receive a refund.

Can’t use app at all without a subscription. As soon as you open it, a screen pops up stopping you from doing anything. There is a free trial that lasts for 3 days, but you have to first agree for it to automatically charge you $7 a WEEK as soon as that trial period is up. This is extremely predatory. If they want to offer a free trial, put a timer in the app or something. Give people an actual free trial without having to agree to extra provisions.
