Stuck on Frosty Land

I absolutely love this game, I can’t play Frosty Land, the game freezes when I enter the land and when I click on the cabin, nothing happens, please help!

Not playable

This app is really not worth downloading. It doesn't play well. When I first downloaded it it went ok at first then i couldn't find my wolves or foxes or whatever they are to do anything and now I cant unlock a new area because it just keeps replaying the same thing over and over and its frustrating. Please fix this app. I want to be able to play but you have made it impossible. Sorry but might delete.

We are aware of this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible. If you are talking about being stuck at the 5% loading stage, I suggest you wait patiently for 2 minutes on this interface. If you still cannot enter the game, please contact us again.

有很多卡bug，服务器不太行，卡的时候吞道具

有很多卡bug，服务器不太行，卡的时候吞道具，另外的冒险地图第三关也有bug无法进行下去，帐篷已经修复，但是任务完成不了，这样的游戏体验，不可能充值的

Great game but

I love playing the game but can’t go further in mount of the wizard. It said I need snowballs but can’t get any. It putting me off playing the game. Please help or fix
