I canceled my subscription and deactivated my account, but they charged me for another month anyway. I’ve sent multiple messages over the last couple weeks via the contact form on their website and haven’t heard back. I tried calling their customer service and the number doesn’t work.ZachF24

Company is based in the UK doesn’t care
The app is buggy. The trainers aren’t good. And the company doesn’t care about you because they’re based in London. Don’t let them convince you that they’re really in Los Angeles. Use another app. This one isn’t good.jrsjbass
