  • So disappointed

I’ve been looking forward to this game ever since playing your first one, which was excellent. So disappointed with the forced in app purchases. But I bought a package that didn’t include ads. However, I didn’t realise that ‘50rooms’ only meant 20 rooms. I came to the end to be told that the next section is under construction! When will they be available please? And why don’t you answer any of your reviews? That would be common courtesy

  • Great game

Great game. Best mobile puzzle game I’ve ever played along with their other story game.

When do the new rooms come out?? Finished all the current ones!
  • Good but have played better

The game is good no doubt about it. It has the same elements and gameplay features that made their other game great. If you liked that game, you’ll love this one. What saves it from being a five star though, which I thought the last one was, is the monetisation.

The last game had a good monetary scheme. No ads a new chapter etc for a one off payment. After playing the first couple chapters I instantly bought it. But this game’s monetary purchases are instead time related. Obviously companies want to make money, but to go from a off payment in a game with no time constraint attached, to this, it’s disappointing. The coins for hints are fine as you get them through gameplay. Fair to me. But having to wait for the keys to regenerate, but conveniently being able to purchase them? Seems like something Activision or EA would do in their AAA games.

Again great game, and addicting but the monetary element doesn’t sit right with me. I think a one off purchase for UNLIMITED keys (removing the restriction) and no ads would be great and I would again buy that. But the current system gives me AAA developer vibes which are, unpleasant.

  • Frustrating

I am enjoying the game overall. The only thing that is super frustrating to me, is that if you exit the game before completing a room, it doesn’t save your progress. It saves the cards you find, but not your progress within the room. Having to go through and redo the things I’ve already figured out definitely takes away from the game.

  • Underwhelmed

Tiny room escape was so good literally fantastic so I was really excited for this game. The game freezing and preventing me from continue without starting the whole level over was infuriating and now when I pick the game back up it has completely reset my level progress and now functions on a daily coin and key system? Very upsetting developments especially riding the coat tails of such a fun innovative escape game

  • Disappointing

Great concept. Interesting and challenging puzzles with a fun game mechanic making. Entirely family-friendly. Should be easily a 5-star game.

In-app purchases, ads between levels and cool-downs to proceed from one level to the next. Boo. I would happily PAY for this game. I’d pay for additional chapters. I’d buy it for my kids. But this is so depressingly cynical - pay to keep playing longer or be forced to wait until a pre-determined time limit? No thanks.

  • Paid for App. Still Have Ads.

So I paid for the game and I still have to wait for ads? This is not even close to ok.
  • Require update 20+ stages

This game is too addict. Please update new stage quickly
  • Save

Pretty good game and quiet challenging
Only problem is that if you leave part way through a level it doesn't keep your progress and you have to start that level again
  • 100% Recommend!

I started out with playing the Tiny Town Mystery and it did not disappoint.
This new game, however, has got me stressing (in a good way!). I’m literally on the edge of suspense (like turning a page in a book you can’t put down). I got to “Act III” but it is currently “under construction.”
I am waiting for the next act so desperately. You should 100% give this game a try. Some of the puzzles can be confusing, but the need to know what’s going on is what gives you the ability to look for things outside the box. I love it! :)
