  • Great App, helps lower stress

    After using Joystik during my football season, I noticed big results in lowing my stress and helping increase my sleep time. If you’re consistent with using the app and listening to the audios you will see great results! Highly recommend giving it a try!
  • Finally, a mediation practice that I’ve been able to stick with!

    I’ve tried a handful of different apps and mediation approaches over the years, but none of them “stuck” for me…until now! I’ve been using Joystik daily for a few months, and am really happy with the results. The biggest benefit I have found is that I am able to better control my emotions, which has really helped with the kids at home and colleagues at work!
  • Finally a program that sticks

    With Joystik I can say that I’ve finally found a mindfulness routine that sticks. It is super easy to start with and to implement into my day. Even when life gets in the way and I miss a day I see myself getting back into it quickly. No more searching for a meditation, just open the app and click start on the daily training - done.
    I like to see the power-up meter scale going up with continuous training, it motivates me to keep going. I’ve used the power-up meter a few times now and it helps me calm down when nervous or anxious.

    I have been using Joystik daily for two months now and it’s genuinely one of my favorite routines to wind down my night. I have tried so many mindfulness and meditation apps but Joystik is the first one that I’ve actually been able to implement into a routine. I use the power up feature before important meetings and love that it helps to calm my nerves. Can not wait to share this with friends!
