Doesn’t work properly
Did not receive the 250 coins that were offered on pokeraid for trying this app. App requires you to watch adds and then the notifications don’t consistently workWfrt132

Hi Wfrt132, Thank you for your feedback. You have to sign in to Smart IV with the same account that you use on PokeRaid to claim your coupon. Please check if you logged in with the same account on both apps by visiting Settings -> Account to see the same email address are shown. If they are the same, please check Settings -> Your Coupons screen to find your coupon, or let us know via in app feedback. Best regards, - Smart IV TeamPop up problem
Great app but my notifications won’t pop up. It shows in my notification bar but not when I’m on the Pokemon Go App. All my device settings are able for the notification to pop up but it does not.braypol124

Hi braypol124, Thank you for your review. Sometimes only turning on notifications is not enough due to the nature of screen scanning. Could you make sure that you disable "Focus Mode" or "Sleep Mode" when you started screen scanning and permit Smart IV to show banner push notifications by visiting Device Settings -> Smart IV -> Notifications. Notification don’t show on screen at first I thought it don’t work but swipe down my screen and realize it was there. Got tired of swing down my screenPop uuuuuu
