A Confirmed Downgrade
With so many negative reviews, the custodian needs to reflect on what they want to achieve from this app. Or it is just to spent the money and clear available budget. The first version even though simple but functional. Since the upgrade I believe it has lost its majority audience. Sad it see it reaching to such a stage with poor reviews yet no improvement.Innova:)

LumiHealth “upgrade” is in reality a downgrade
Since the “ upgrade”, I have not been able to open the app most of the time. I have been advised to delete and upload. Tried that several time but to no avail. As a result, I have difficulties logging in to choose quests and not been able to redeem the vouchers. It’s frustrating. If possible, do not “upgrade”RozTGL
A huge DOWNGRADE from the original!
I’ve been using LumiHealth for about 4 years and it has always been a wonderful experience, very engaging with the app interface until someone decided to retire that and replace it with this piece of crap!2233k
Looks pretty but very confusing to use
This app has lots of visual bells and whistles but sacrifices on usability and simplicity. I find myself using it less and less. So overall the app loses its effectivenessRustybrain
This new app is a piece of crap
The app crashes, also fails to give the 3000 bonus points promised. Often fail to accurately detect activity with random exclamation marks claiming that there was a “manual entry” when there was not any.

App stops responding - requires install
Been using for 3 weeks. Twice the app crashed and would not reopen. Even after a hard boot. Had to reinstall, both times I lost my activity progress!jtmabie
Horrible Upgrade - SKIP IT!!!
I have been a long-time user of the old version (5+ years?) since it launched. I was prompted to upgrade to this version a few weeks ago and I have been regretting ever since. This version is horrendous because: - Not as fun and engaging in terms of design - You earn far fewer points daily that could be redeemed as cashable vouchers - Fewer missions which can also earn you vouchers If they wish to have fewer veteran users like me, then Lumi team has done an awesome job. My advice? Existing users - DO NOT UPGRADE New users - DON’T BOTHER with this waste of an app
