Demande de remboursement
Devoir redonner à chaque fois les même info sur une demande de remboursement ça rend tous plus compliqué (billet d’avion visa passport ect) la liste et longue. Sinon les remboursements ce sont toujours effectués après avoir fournis tout les informations requises.

I keep sending my files, my medical report and only answer I recieve “not enough documents”, “wrong documents” it feels like talking with a robot and there is only one person to talk with and they mention that you can talk on multiple languages if you call and they only speak french! some people barely now english but how are you going to discuss important matters like this with an amateur level of english? I regret the day that I got insurance from chapka. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

L’application demande les informations bancaires sous forme de document puis la page d’après les redemande. Ce qui porte à confusion.

Avoid Chapka and choose your travel insurance wisely
I cannot recommend Chapka at all. They will do everything possible to avoid paying your claim, even if it is clearly covered by your policy and the amount is as small as $40! Make sure to read the reviews before purchasing from them. You’re much better off with HeyMondo or Iati Insurance.
