Super easy to use!
I normally get frustrated with food apps because a lot of them are made poorly and contain many issues that give me a bad experience. This Neil’s app has not done that to me one time!! It does not lag, or take forever and is super easy to navigate. You get free pizza on every 5th order! It’s like a digital punch card, except you won’t lose this one.Show lessI. Lee11

I’m so glad Neil’s Urban Oven came out with an app! Finally don’t have to go through Favor or DoorDash anymore. The app is super user friendly. Can we talk about how you get a FREE pizza for every 5th order?! Who does that?! The response time was excellent. I was notified when the store received my order and also when my food was ready to pick up!
Adding all the extra ingredients is also a huge plus. It’s almost as if you were in the restaurant!

First off, this app runs smooth. It’s crazy fast and super responsive - never had it hang up on me, not once. And navigating the menu is a walk in the park. Big ol' buttons staring right at you, no squinting or scrolling endlessly to find what you want. It's all there, plain as day. Plus, the high contrast text is perfect for my horrible vision.
Using this app just makes life easier. Wanna skip the line? No problem. It's straightforward and not filled with unnecessary gimmicks. It’s all about getting that food straight to you, no fuss.
Let’s talk about the ability to select past orders right from the front page. I'm a creature of habit, or maybe I’m just lazy (or both), but being able to reorder my favorite items with just one tap is downright sweet.
