Awesome and addicting but still a few issues
I never thought I would find a game that I am so addicted to until now. This game is so fun, the gameplay, the characters, their designs is just top tier in my opinion. I love the idea of making a cookie run game that is 3D, whoever thought of that idea should get an award. Though I do run into problems now and then. For example, the game crashes sometimes when I am playing or kicks me out, and it really bothers me because if I am playing raid mode or sugar rush or champion raids and it crashes and I have like a really high score and the round is almost over I would join back and my high score would be gone. It’s very specific but I had that happen to me twice now. Though that does not stop me from giving it a five star cause my gosh is this game amazing

Great game awesome quality and very addictive but please make more story it gets a bit boring after you do raid mode and story line none the less a great game ❤️

Game crashes won’t let me update
Ever since this game came out I’ve had issues. I downloaded at start and I had to use data to play. Now I can’t even do that because it crashes on startup regardless of what I do. I have an iPad Pro 4th generation with over 100gbs of free space and 1gb/sec internet. There shouldn’t be an issue. Real bad game development.

I downloaded the game, but after play it for a while. When I decide to come back to it, the game start lagging and then jump back into the main screen of the device

The Champion raid is good but…
When the champions raid got released I was excited as I would get access to new and rare items when I play in the said raids.I would just use a ticket and I will automatically be connected with 5 other players simple as that but just today I was only connected with 2 other people meaning 3 in total giving me no chance to get even a decent score. It also meant that I wasted a ticket because of an actual bad matchup that I can’t get back and while it is just one ticket it always makes a difference especially when you match up with randoms because you never know when you hit the jackpot of a good team.I don’t know if this is part of the update because if it is I don’t like it as this would be bad since the game somewhat promotes playing online with friends or randoms as a team to get an important objective done and how can you do that when the number of people needed for that particular objective isn’t met.I love this game regardless of lag and bugs but I would like to kindly ask if someone can look over the matchmaking system to ensure this doesn’t happen again because no one deserves a bad matchup.
