Description of PainGo

Headaches are a common health problem that can significantly impact daily life and work if they occur frequently. To better understand your headache condition, we recommend using the "PainGo" app. It can help you record the timing, duration, severity, triggers, and symptoms of your headache attacks and provide statistical functions to analyze triggers, symptoms, and frequency. The "PainGo" can also help your doctor better understand your headache condition, leading to a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. By recording detailed information about the timing, duration, severity, triggers, and symptoms of your headache attacks, you can provide your doctor with more comprehensive and accurate data to better understand your health status. ## Why keep a headache diary? Keeping a detailed record of your headache attacks can be very useful. It can help: - Doctors make a diagnosis - You identify possible triggers and warning signs - Evaluate whether your acute or preventive medication is effective The "PainGo" provides a recording function for: - Date of attack - Duration (how long the attack lasted) - Intensity (how bad the attack was) - Any other symptoms you experienced during the headache attack, such as dizziness, vertigo, sensitivity to light, sound, smell, or any symptom that affected your movement (such as numbness) - Information about any medications you took - Any other useful information, such as any possible triggers, your menstrual cycle, medication changes, and any other relevant details-Show any patterns to the attacks **Privacy Policy:** https://double-tech-studio.notion.site/Privacy-Policy-a7f50edee27a4572b421692f9dc1949f?pvs=4 **Terms of use:** https://double-tech-studio.notion.site/Terms-of-Use-334367fbfeba477f86961ac88fb701ea?pvs=4

I downloaded this app, just to have a look to see if it be something that I would want to use in the future. It seems like a good app except first of all the screen was a very bright white, which obviously wouldn’t help if you had a headache secondly some of the writing was in white, therefore I could not see it????
