Great options - need faster speed
The new app works great with wonderful options. The challenge, regardless of whether I’m at work, home or on the road, is the amount of time it takes information to load. But still…the app serves a great purpose.cevero
Great so far!
Recently joined the OCU and the service is what has really shocked me. They conveniently can be reached by email phone or even text! (most of the time). I have had great interactions getting my questions answered, loan approved, funds transferred etc. The app works well and after a few weeks I have gotten used to it.

New app

Wast of time
Can not use bill pay or anything else.It tells me try again. Over and over again.instructions don’t work? It’s like we have your money and try to get it back.barf in a bag
Super glitchy
It’s like running in a hamster wheel of no resolution. I enrolled, got to the verification page with the OTP prompt…blank white page. No options. Removed the app, reinstalled, 3x, no dice. Went on the site tried it there, told me I was unenrolled. Tried re-enrolling, told me I was already enrolled. Tried unlocking account, lead me to the same blank OTP page with no way of making any progress in accessing my account. Called their digital help line…they didn’t know what was going on either. Super glitchy to say the least. Probably should of test run it before releasing and locking people out of their online banking. Kind of crucial.Show lessTotoro Dumpling
