    I was missing a few hundred dollars in bitcoin because I had not invested much using Webull I thought maybe I had sold my position a long time ago and forgot about it, but it still felt like I was missing money. I just recently found out after a week that my money was moved to this app how is this not theft? I want my bitcoin and I don’t want to agree to the new terms of this new app!

  • Seems fishy

    They moved all your crypto from your webull account to this new app. So you didn’t have access to your crypto until you accepted their new terms and service for this app. The UI and display are totally useless. Lacking all the tools and info webull had that made it dominate over their competitors. It just feels like no effort was put into here and that webull designed it to fail. It seems like they are trying to separate themselves from crypto as fast as possible. So just another reminder. Not your keys not your crypto.

  • Very disappointed, will no longer be a customer of Webull

    First off everyone saying their position was moved here without notice is wrong, there was plenty of emails and in app notices. But, this switch from Webull to Webull pay was completely forced, the only way to opt out was to sell your position or send your crypto somewhere else (if u could) The experience on Webull Pay is bad, and adding the fact that your crypto is transferred from a well put together app (Webull) to this one, makes the experience on Webull Pay TERRIBLE. Webull Pay has no good features, even less than any other platform as far as I can tell. All you can do on here is buy and sell the top 35 coins. You don’t get access to your crypto, it least on Webull most people would be able to transfer their crypto to another wallet. This whole thing has made me rethink even being a customer with Webull, I’ve already switched my IRA out of Webull. After this incident I’ve realized there are other brokerages that offer better services with more features for IRA’s, options trading, AND crypto. I SOON NO LONGER PLAN TO BE A WEBULL CUSTOMER!

  • Why

    I’ve been trading crypto on Webull for a while and there were no apparent problems which is why I’m confused about this change. It took 2 days for my account to transfer and so far I can’t deposit any money, see my account history or make any trades. It’s very frustrating because there was no problem in the first place.

  • Weak sauce

    Needs improvement. Simple and sucky. Coinbase has more better ui for trading again. This has nothing advanced. Makes it feel like y’all don’t care so why should we. Want timeframes. Real ones that matter. Chart interaction. Drawing. All the stuff that we were use to having on the other app. Weak for now

  • Worse charts than the og app

    Old g webull app showed small daily charts for all the tradables in a portfolio being viewed. But this webull pay app just shows the current price until you click each to see the separate chart. So I won't be using this app and if the og app stops showing crypto charts then I'll be looking elsewhere altogether before I use the webull pay app to track my current/prospective investments.

  • New app is horrible

    I’ve used webull for years for my investments due to being able to trade stocks and crypto in one app. Now I’m stuck with my crypto in this horrible webull pay app with no way to transfer leaving me with my only option being to sell and find another platform. Very disappointed.
  • Gonna cancel my subscription

    If they don’t change this back, I’m 100 percent gonna cancel paying my monthly Webull subscription. To force this foe no reason is abused. Not to mention, I have to share my bank password with a company I’ve never heard of to connect it. Also, I’ve been hearing u can’t transfer money into ur bank if you sell ur crypto- u can only add money FROM ur bank to the new app. If this is true, I’m gonna lose my mind when I sell some crypto and want to put some USD in my bank, only to find out, it’s not allowed
  • Why?

    Why would you make a different app when everything was on the first app together and everyone was fine with that. The chart is not good, it’s a different account and there was no reason for this. It’s not like we can use it to send or pay for anything really want to know why they did this, and didn’t give us any notice. I woke up to all my Crypto being gone and freaked out thinking I had been hacked. I had no emails from Webull explaining until after they already moved it over, terrible!
  • It’s actually a well created app

    I know it’s frustrating to have your crypto moved, and it could be easy to miss the emails and messages they sent. But the app has a lot of good features. The bank set up is really quick and easy. Everything is simple and with great graphics. Runs quickly with no problems.

Alternatives to Webull Pay
