Keeps closing the app out when I try to merge my duplicate contacts in my iPhone. Hate it

The app is very rude which means the people behind the app is very rude. I would not pay or I will not even have it on my phone because y’all are rude trying to get someone to pay for something and won’t let what they’re doing. Be done. Be done, if I could give you a zero stars I would because that’s the rudest nastiest thing I have ever seen ever do in my whole entire time on finding apps that I can work with
