RepAlert is an application that is part vendor directory, and part pager. Without jeopardizing HIPPA information, this app allows operating room administrators to reach a credentialed vendor who can assist with staff needs at the click of a button. Materials Managers, Surgical Directors, and Supply Chain staff will no longer find themselves shuffling through countless business cards during a time-sensitive situation. RepAlert will also reduce Medical Representatives from being present in an operating room without an invitation. RepAlert is a simple tool that provides benefits to both parties by increasing proper communication and reducing risk of contamination.
