Codes don’t always work
Today I attempted to input three different codes from sushi I purchased, not one worked.
Keeps logging out and not letting me order

Rubbish rewards, and doesn’t bother remembering your login either.
kept logging me out
just placed a couple stamps down,a few days later i was doing it again,and the. the app logs me out as soon as i click on rewards,says i don’t have an account when i log in with my email even though just a second ago it showed i did and then i wasn’t able to log in,so i had to create an account and i have no rewards :(

If you stop it from continuously logging out it would be a great app!

Why I have to log in every time I open the app?
FYI: App not in communication with the store
Hi. I ordered a click and collect from the app to my local store (Windsor branch). It was all paid via the app and the app was easy to use. I chose a time to collect.
But when I got there they had not received my order and said they were not part of the app. They did not believe I had ordered and paid via the app.
I had to show proof of payment from my bank (along with my order number) in order to convince them to give me my sushi.
They told me not to use the app for click and collect and just come in person and pick stuff off the shelf if I were to come again.
So something went wrong in terms of communication between app and store fyi.
Managed to get my sushi and my stamps in the end. So it was all good. So Just check before hand if you can use click and collect at your local store??
