Not only is the app useful for sleep sounds (especially when traveling & I don’t want to bring a bulky noise machine like an alexa) but it’s great for background noise while working and stress relief 😌

One of the best apps I’ve ever used. I now can sleep anywhere at any time because of this app. Do not use while operating heavy machinery. Easy to use and worth every penny. Would spend $1000 for this app easily without blinking.

Excellent insomnia support
This app has been such a game changer for my insomnia. I use it when I wake up in the middle of the night to get back to sleep and helps quickly. I also love the soothing sounds for when I’m traveling and don’t have my fan or white noise. Great on airplanes and car trip. Great money spent on my well-being and sleep health.

Honestly I used Calm for years but I always thought the price was a little higher than what it was worth. The content on Somna is just as good for literally a fraction of the price. So happy I found this!!
