An essential feature of the app is the simple check-in process; with a few taps, guests can effortlessly retrieve and access their booked journeys and check in from the comfort of their own device.
Guests are simply required to scan their passport, register personal and emergency contacts, securely add their credit card information, and upload a photo. Once completed, a boarding pass is provided, granting seamless access to the journey experience.
Throughout the journey, My Explora becomes an indispensable companion, guiding guests through every aspect of their journey with effortless ease. Guests can seamlessly access key information about the itinerary, view the ship deck plans, learn about dining options that will tantalize the taste buds, and make dining reservations at their preferred restaurants, ensuring every meal is a delightful experience.

This update contains improvements to the login experience.
The app is not working at all. I have checked in online as I couldn’t check in via the app. It didn’t recognise my details and even now that I am checked in, it still doesn’t let me past the intro screen saying “please check your booking details and try again”. Disappointing to say the least..
