Updated to allow setting of any slope in fixed mode. Updated some user aspects based on feedback, including fixing the putt line with the set pin direction and allowing users to review alignment themselves while moving around the putt. Can now be used from any direction relative to the putt, and allows use of device in portrait or landscape. Graphs also show putts from the actual direction based on pin setting and slopes. Break Table Chart updated with options for clock and finger variations.

Now includes optional tables with slope measurements, including "Plays As" and "Fingers" to estimate the aimpoint location. New menu system makes it easier to change any of the settings. Added a new "Fixed Mode" that allows manual settings for green slope and clock angle to help with training.

Description of Green Slope

Green Slope lets you measure the slope and then predicts the amount of break required for a putt. It's intended as a training aid, providing assistance with visualization of cross slope putts. Set the green speed, select pin direction, place the device on ground for three seconds, and read your putt. Using the internal iPhone and iPad motion sensors to assess the device orientation and attitude, the App measures slope across and along the line of the putt. The estimated Fall Line direction and slope are then used to predict the likely break. Standard style Break Tables are also available in the menu, that can be adjusted for green speed, past hole distance and clock angle. The app then provides graphical overviews of selected putts with optional configurations. Since many phones have one or more camera lenses on the back preventing accurate slope measurements, Green Slope has been designed to be used with the phone is face down or face up on the green. Comprehensive help on app use is also available from the menu button.
