A very flexible timer for all your sports training activities and other routines. You define your different basic activities (sprint / push-up / squat / warm-up ...). Then you create your different workouts (Running 30-30 / TABATA 1 / HIIT / ...) composed of several phases. In each phase, you insert and order the desired activities. You can of course use this app for your sport training activities like : running, cycling, fitness, swimming, stretching, lifting weights, boxing, yoga, and many others sports ... But also you can imagine to use it for : shows, meditation, cooking, brain training, drive tracking, ... and all other activities you can imagine ! A run is a training activity that is executed and that you can follow. Each run is defined by : a name and one or more sequences (phases). You can change the order of the sequences, add suppress or modify each sequence in a run. Each sequence of a run is defined by : a name, a set of ordered activities (to be executed during the sequence) and the number of repetition of the sequence. For each action, you will define : - the name of the action - the category : RUN, CYCLING, ... - the type of activity : TIME / DISTANCE / EVENTS - the color (used during the execution) - the duration of the activit - the number of repetitions - the sounds alerts ti play during execution The many alerts by activity (start / interval / count down / end) allow you to follow training without looking at your device. For each action, you can define the following alerts : - 1 alert at the start of the action - 1 alert at each interval time that you define - 5 alerts before the end of the action at the time you define (count down alerts) - 1 alert at the end of the action. Your data are saved and available on the cloud after registration. You can use your timer even if your are not connected to a network. There's also 2 banners in the actions list and in the runs list - more items : if you want to save more actions or runs, you can purchase this option : with this option, you can save : 30 actions, 20 runs, with a number of 10 sequences by run and a number of 10 actions by sequence with this option, you suppress the advertising too. - unlimited : if you want to have an unlimited number of actions or runs, you can purchase this option : with this option, you can save an unlimited number of actions and runs with this option, you suppress the advertising, too. !! These 3 options are not subscriptions, but one shot purchases, and you keep your options when paid.
