Frozen screen
I just made an account and every time I open the app it’s freezes and says that there’s been updates and bug fixes and the current update is 1.16. I cannot close the screen at all and I tried deleting the app and downloading it again and it continues to do the same thing. I even tried turning my phone off and on multiple times and it still isn’t working.Show lessSolandmune

Tried calling a ride last night and it didn’t work. Then all the available drivers disappeared. It’s a good concept but needs to be improvedJeg345

Jeg345, Thank you for your feedback! I see this review was made during our initial launch. We apologize for the bug you mentioned above, this has since been fixed. Our service does not guarantee a ride. We simply provide a platform for student riders and drivers to seamlessly connect. Like I said previously, you caught us in a very early state, so this likely affected the quality of your experience and the ability to connect with a driver. I would love for you to give us another shot as we have made many changes to our user interface since our initial release. We have also amassed a collection of student drivers.
