  • Good start!

    The app is pretty neat, especially with the mobile check-out feature. I love the fact that it supports ApplePay; it makes paying for my scanned items so much easier while still allowing me to earn rewards.

    I would like to see the mobile check-out process the payment faster. There was a time when the people in line got out the door before me since I had to wait for the payment to process and then scan the QR code before exiting. If the purpose is convenience and efficiency, it’s positioned to miss the mark in its current state.
  • It’s not great

    I would like to be able to scan my receipts to earn points instead of taking time at the register to scan the barcode. There are often long lines and too few employees so this just makes everyone else have to wait longer. Rewards don’t seem all that good. It’s not competitive compared to other retailer rewards. App crashes a lot.
  • A little slow, but convenient!

    I do with the app was a little faster at scanning and processing payment. Overall, I love it!
  • Mobile Check out is great

    Best part of this App is you can get everything you want scan it with your phone pay with you phone and check out without having to stand in line. Makes it much easier to get in and out quickly
  • How To Close Account?

    App has no option to close or delete your account looked and search alllllll over the app and online & there is no “close your account/delete your account” option? What the heck?
  • Super Easy

    I love this new feature at your stores. It make it so easy and fast to get everything I want and need. I’ve told all of my family and friends about it. It’s awesome. Thank you 7/11 Hawaii.
  • Work in Progress

    The app works fine, but I do think the rewards could be better if they offered something other than bottled water and the hot foods like hot dogs or spam musubi. If they included the slurpees or Big Gulps, that’d be great. I’ll adjust the rating accordingly depending on updates.
  • Convenience to Go

    This 7-11 app is good, but needs more support for it to be a great app. The points and rewards is good but I would like to see it offer more options of foods like the slurpees, sandwiches, other drinks (besides water), and others snacks. I find the scan to go feature very convenient, but it is weird to find it hidden behind the stores newspapers. Where it fails is that the hardware to allow a verification of my purchase is annoying, and at one point the system double charged me because I couldn’t verify my purchase though the QR scan because the stores hardware was not working. It is a good app but again support in certain areas would help it to be very convenient and less stressful and useful as a weekly frequent customer; as well as more options for rewards.
  • App needs a way to scan the receipts. Cashiers was not trained on accepting this app

    Made a purchase today and provided the cashier the barcode to scan. The first thing they said was,” we don’t accept this app, it’s a mainland app”. I even showed them the app is an 7/11 Hawaii version. So IF 7-11 Hawaii don’t train their employees about the app, there needs to be a self service section within the app where you can scan the receipt’s barcode. If it’s there, it’s not intuitive enough for me to find it.
  • App keeps crashing

    Downloaded the app thru the QR code on the handout. Keeps crashing and doesn’t even open
