Hidden ride share
I used this service probably 5-7 times and will not use it again. The last time the driver was double booked and when they picked up my adult child from the airport there was already another rider. When I contacted the owner and stated that the ride sharing was never communicated, my 40% tip for the driver was not warranted and in almost two decades of using car services I had never run into this. The response was simply that in an emergency situation ride sharing was done. He asked if my child made it back safely to our home. Nothing else was addressed. Too bad

Very professional
Sometimes with small businesses it’s hard to to express a sense of professionalism. This is certainly not the case with ave rides.
