I’ve been diligently saving my plastic bottles and putting them into my nearest Sparklo machine.
When I had enough, I traded my points for a Carrefour code - but the code does not work!
When I asked customer service they were not interested in helping.
So now I am saving fuel and placing the bottles into my nearest recycling bin
Yes this is a good initiative if the machine is nearby and you don’t have any other means of recycling. But if you are expecting a reward, forget it

Great option & the App works well, however most of the time the Bottle Banks are full & or out of service.
Many people do not use the service due to frustration of not being able to drop off bottles etc.
If the banks could be emptied constantly, then this would be a great service.

More machines
Great way of helping our environment. I hope they put more machines in areas like parking lots and other places that are accessible. Also to encourage more people to participate it would be great if the points can be use in carefour (not online) also. like transferable to share points.

Not nearly enough machines for the amount of bottles/cans people bring, not emptied or fixed often enough, and the app does a bad job of staying updated on which machines still work.
Sparklo needs to reduce the reward and/or increase physical capacity. It’s not worth making a detour to one of its few working recycling bins.
