Does not work with many file formats
I downloaded this app and tried several file formats. None of them worked.

Doesn’t work
No VR or 360 videos work. Everything is just static and white noise when viewed.

Tried to load a standard MP4 3-D SBS file, and it just showed artifacts

Simply doesn’t work
I’ve downloaded VR videos with different codecs, and they will only play in 2D. How do I get a refund? These files work fine on other headsets.
