Customer service’s touch and go
It can be helpful when it actually answers a question a lot of times it doesn’t. I got a new phone and wanted to download it on my new phone but it doesn’t work and it says that my subscription is expired when it’s not. I reached out for help and I got a response but they stopped responding, so I’m stuck with no service for an app that I paid for.Take my money
I wanted to try it out and it gave a 24 free trial. After 24 hours it was going to charge $19.99 monthly. As soon as I hit submit it put a charge through for $7.99 (or $8.99)App not working
Was charged 19.99 and the app just gives me the spinning circle.
