I love this game but it keeps crashes when I get to a certain point of the Game. Please can u fix this problem? I have reinstalled it several times But the same thing keeps happening.

The tips for the mini games refer to the wrong mini game.
The map doesn’t show your current location.
Many other bugs throughout the game that I couldn’t keep track of.
Send it back to QA and release an update to make it a 5 star game.

We'll look into it!This series has such potential but always seems to hit the ditch again and again. Three extremely popular characters from equally popular titles working together is a terrific idea that’s, sadly, poorly executed. The first four had all the same problems — inconsistencies across the story, rough transitions, missing information, touch issues and freeze-ups. Five managed to be even worse —we all should be paid back for even giving it a try. Six manages to right the boat, but those old bug-a-boos mentioned remain. I had to close out 3 times so far to grab an inventory item and the music and dialogue stop for no reason. EG makes some of the best hops-puzzle-adventure titles around and many of them are of excellent quality and enjoyable multiple times. I still play 1-4 and will play 6 from time to time, knowing the experience won’t be a good as it could be. EG can and should do better. UPDATE; EG must have fixed one problem only to create another. In the BC, I can no longer pick up the stone breathing instructions even after reloading twice. No way to move on. Wasn’t a problem previously. Jesus EG. Surely you’re better than this.

I was enjoying the game until I got to the surveillance room and tried 4 to 5 times to tap and tap to get the item for the computer. This is really frustrating 😡 already having issues. I played these games before and never had problems but this is really frustrating and not worth 6.99 need to drop the prices. It is really ridiculous and frustrating charging 6.99 for a game giving us the customers problems. Lower the price 2.99 smh.

Sorry for the inconvenience!This game was intrinsically a good game, with innovative inventory usage, addictive gameplay and enjoyable tasks. It was a decent length inclusive of the bonus adventure. The first issue was a trite storyline, about souls stealing power/ immortality. The worst problem was that it was a quality assurance nightmare. There was a marked lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface, resulting in a failure to acquire inventory tools, and thus making you believe there was nothing to do at a particular location. In addition, the composite items did not illuminate when they could be used or finished. Normally the plus sign lights up, and this did not always occur. Map marks would then indicate that a particular location had objectives, yet one couldn’t figure them out. There was no task button. The map was a pain in the neck to access from the tablet. This installment had much less time traveling, and once again we were not visited by Richard Gray, the sardonic and belittling talking skull. A new young agent was added instead, and we lost James Blackthorn. The earlier installments were way better and had a much higher level of quality assurance. So I will leave my rating at 3 stars, for merely average.

We are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. Please try restarting the game, it should help.I bought the game thinking I saw an update. Don’t see that info today. Anyway, I was able to finish the game but it sure was a chore. Does not respond to touch!!!!!! Had to close the game 5 Times ( not reset) in order to finally pick up what I needed. These folks usually put together a quality game - very surprised by their shoddy offering. The story line was not the most intriguing. I just had not seen a new hidden objects game for IPad and was desperate.
