Easy to use, encourages saving and great customer service!
I have loved Communion from the start; it’s a simple concept and it really works by encouraging you to save even if only £1 per day!
The content is very engaging and there’s a snippet of financial advice each day to help you along.

Love to hear it!Unable to pass the sign up process..
A friend showed me this app and I was eager to give it a try, but I literally cannot get past the sign up process. I get to the point of selecting my bank then it says I need to verify my identity and to “click the message below” - but there is no message and no form of going back or restarting the sign up or reinstalling the app can get me past this point.

Hi Jake! I'm so sorry you've been unable to set up your Communion account. Our systems sometimes require ID and address verification through the app. It sounds like you've found an unusual bug where the message with instructions on how to do that has disappeared. I have emailed you with instructions on how to do this. Hopefully we can get you set up quickly.Absolutely amazing
I found Communion, so easy to use from the start and the fact you can do small tasks to boost your interest to help your savings is absolutely amazing!!! As I said easy to use and very easy to navigate. I will definitely be recommending to my friends in the future!Jd742

Interest rate once you’ve added more friends to the app is amazing. I’ve got 3 friends using Communion already which has boost my interest rate.

Achievable goals, easy saving
Wanted some help to start saving and have now saved money every day for over 10 days. Easy to use, saving little and often and actually learning about money whilst building good habits. Would definitely recommend!HLC96
