Best app for weightlifting
Nothing more to say, this is the one app to get to track your weightlifting
I recommend it to everyone I know
Truly incredible app. Tons of respect to the creator for making a simple, free-to-use fitness tracker.
Not sure if the developer is still supporting the app. Some minor updates that would be appreciated…
1) When resorting exercises, relocate the “done” button to make it accessible regardless of scroll position, or make it larger.
2) A website that allows for the creation of exercise programs that sync to your account would be great. However, I understand that’s a major change for a free app.

Perfect
Outstanding design, obviously made by someone who works out.
Only thing I’d like to see is custom measurements (to add height for box jumps, elevation for trail runs, calories for rowing, etc.)

Simple and clean
The best free alternative to the biggest workout apps.
Simple and intuitive design
Easy customization
Good stat tracking

Just what I’ve needed
Simple, to the point, free!
Free and powerful exercise tracker app
Thanks so much for making a free alternative!
App is fast and easy to get started, importing from other apps was very fast.
Just some suggestions:
- can there be less options for the timer? Maybe 15second increments? Or an easier UX
- can we have RPE for exercises like pushups?
- some minor text overflow and layout issues on iPhone 15 pro

All you need in a workout tracker
Been using for 7 months and does everything you need. No ads, no pop-ups, just workout stuff.
Tracks exercises — parameters includes weight, distance, time, reps and RPE. Helpful when you also wanna track cardio stuff, but I mainly use for tracking body building exercises. Nice graph to track workout history. Easy to view previous weeks measurements. Simple to use.

Love it
I love this app, it does exactly what I need with functioning as a log without so many unnecessary features. The only thing I wish is that the interval timer sends an alert to my phone for when rest between sets is over vs how it is now with just ending and not sending an alert. This helps me know when to get back to my next set without too much time elapsing. Either way, love this app.

Amazing app, just found one bug
Hi Gymstro team, absolutely loving the app.
I’ve just discovered a small bug when it comes to replacing exercises. During a shoulder workout I had lateral raises and front raises in order and accidentally plugged in the sets to the wrong exercise tab and when I went to replace the exercises it wiped everything I’d entered. Just wondering if there is a way that an option can be added to keep or delete data from sets entered when replacing exercises.
Cheers a ton and keep up the great work :)

Great Product - missing RPE
FANTASTIC UX
It’s hard to not credit the dev for such a thoughtfully designed product. That said, it’s missing a core feature for any serious weightlifters as you cannot track RPE on each set.
If you need an example, look at Strong. When clicking on Reps you can set an RPE (score how hard the set was for targeting).
I’ll stay subbed to Strong for now - but huge thumbs up to the dev for what I hope more people encounter if the app works for them!!

Response from developer
Hey there! Thanks for the review! -- Just fyi, you should be able to tweak any exercise measurements, by default most exercises only track weight & reps, but if you go into the edit exercise page you'll be able to add RPE, time, and whatever. My fault for not making it more clear though so thanks for the feedback :)
