Love this app. Dom’s way with us app-users is fab. I found this app while searching for disability fitness apps. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. I don’t have MS while many do, but Dom’s app is inclusive. The exercises routines, adapted by Dom when needed, are the first set I’ve found that suit me (with having other disabilities). Dom is friendly, kind, professional, encouraging and there’s lots of material aside from just the exercise routine.
