Unreliable
Since inauguration, there have been three seperate occasions when a pre-booked ride failed to materialise. No follow up, no explanation. In fact, the only notification ever received was to inform that the fault was not SamTrans. If this is the future of public transport, we are in dire straits.

Growing pains?
While logistical problems can be understood, inconvenience to the riders cannot. Our pick up was “modified” 3 times by this service, pushing back the estimated time by an hour. And then they left a “We’re waiting” voice message when they discovered we’d found alternative transit. Understandable, but there was no way to contact them, modify or cancel the pickup on the riders’ side, when their lateness render their service useless. It seems a well intentioned service, but needs to be improved.

Ride was late and didn’t arrive
The bus was scheduled to arrive at 8:38 and didn’t arrive at all. This almost made miss my clinic appointment. I had to order and Uber. Yes I did schedule 20 minutes before. When I tried contacting them all my messages were blocked. There’s no number to call and no way of contacting them. Do not reccomend.

Amazing and expand
I like this service that drivers and operators are great the shuttles are clean and new I just wish that you would allow the shuttles could go to places like Palo Alto and Menlo Park
