Unable to use coupon/reward
The food is amazing and I don’t mind coming back but for the past few weeks I have been trying to use the coupons associated with the rewards program and can’t. I’ve gone to the physical location and they can’t help. The phone number attached to the company doesn’t know what to do. Free fries and drink w next purchase and I have one for free funnel cake fries w purchase. Even if I use one coupon, it won’t accept it on my online order. The rep in the front said they are aware but what’s the solution??
