  • Spent a lot of money towards game, issues with leveling up, not seeing ads & unresponsive developers

Love this game but have spent over $80 to play. Completed levels (using coins for extra time) and on a couple of occasions I was not able to level up. Reached out to developers and they asked some questions and said it could be a bug. I provided screenshots where I completed the level and have asked for a reimbursement or some type of compensation for all the money I’ve spent and the coins/items used to level up and it’s been over two weeks since hearing back from them. I don’t get any ads to get any incentives. I refuse to spend anymore money on the game when I completed a level a couple of times using coins/items and the game didn’t level up. The developers see to be more than happy to hear my case and tell me it was due to a “possible bug” and take the money I’ve spent on the game. Yet, refuse to email me back concerning fixing the issue with compensation of some kind due to the “possible bug” that didn’t allow me to level up. NOT happy with the developers lack of communication!! Wouldn’t recommend spending a cent on this game. Wouldn’t recommend this game; developers don’t care and do not follow up on communications.

  • Triple Match City

The game is awesome but unfortunately, it is getting very hard to win unless you spend money so I’m stuck in the same level. Will have to delete it & install a new game
  • Addicting and Costly

I wish there were options to win coins besides clearing boards. I would even watch ads. I have found myself spending money on games but cautiously. However, I have not been cautious with my money here! This game has really been a dopamine producer! I’m sad to say I’m deleting. Yes the developers need to make money but this is the first I’ve come across that there are no alternatives to earning coins than paying.

  • The fix is in

First let me say, I love the challenge of the game. The higher the level, the higher the difficulty it seems. Easy levels are thrown in to keep you from getting too frustrated. In app purchases are often encouraged because you can spend days on one level, and frustration kicks in to make it easier to just spend money to advance. The biggest thing I have a problem with is that the screen “freezes”, you can try to remove objects time and time again, but the “touch” doesn’t work at all. This has happened several times with harder levels when I still have time remaining and have almost beaten the level. Shame on them for doing this, and now, I will never give them a penny and delete the game permanently.

  • Ads and crashing

This was a lovely game to play in breaks, until last night.
I’ve gotten to the end of one level about 5 times and every time an ad tries to load and crashes the game, on reset i have to start again, thankfully it didn’t knock out the built up bonuses. Several times it has crashed halfway through the level, it’s like groundhog day! I don’t mind ads to get the bonuses or in between timed levels but, come on, it’s no fun playing a two minute round and get bombarded in the middle of the round. Most timed games give you an ad break before a level. Some of these ads last almost a minute and then crash the game 😡

  • Ignores when you decline ads

I really liked this game, even once the levels got hard enough that I’d be stuck on one for days. Today though, it started asking if I wanted to watch an ad for an extra minute on the timer and then showing an ad anyway when I said no. I delete these games on principle as I believe that ads should only be shown 1) with an incentive to watch them, and 2) when you specifically agree to watch them.
We had a good thing, Triple Match City, and you ruined it with your greed

  • Great game - bug fix needed at level 240

Been really enjoying the game. Wish there were even more of the games where there player must clear every item from the board(not just 3-5 items).

Bug fix needed on level 240. The vultures don’t clear when I tap on them, whereas the other objects do.
  • Fun game

This is a fun game, and thought-provoking but two things I have trouble with is that you can tap on some thing 100 times and it won’t disappear once you find it. Secondly, the smaller items are excessively hard to find, especially if they’re partially hidden behind something. I’d like to see the humans to be larger. my device is not a problem because I’m using two different ones and it’s the same.

I’ve fiscally supported this app, no more until it’s fixed. What a hot mess! It’s a shame because it’s really good. There are too many bugs.

  • Love this game

Update: I have uninstalled the app. Unfortunately, it reaches a point where if you don’t put a bundle of money in, you’ll never win. They all tell you there is a way, but there is not, especially not in the time given.

It asks if you want ad free but I never clicked that and never saw an ad so the only possible way to get what you need is via paying…a lot. Screw that!

It’s addicting, very addicting. I only give it 4 stars because it doesn’t give the option of watching videos for power ups and lives. And I bought a pack, went through it in a heartbeat and won’t buy more this fast. Consequently, I have to wait 1/2 hour for a new life and power ups are stingy. I will say the same here as I have on other games, don’t get greedy! People start uninstalling! Other than that, it definitely keeps the mind going and the satisfaction from clearing a board in time is cool! 😎

  • Fun but Misleading

Where are the black and white levels that you show in your previews?? I finally got to level 152 and it’s completely different from the screenshot you show of what level 152 would look like. In the video, there’s a level to find something like 400 frogs.. where’s that level? All the levels look like 40 in your screenshots. It’s misleading, you’re not showing accurate gameplay.
