Get ready to be banned without cause
Not only is it hard to qualify for surveys to begin with, but a lot of the times it kicks you out after the first couple questions. Whatever, annoying but no big deal. But apparently if that happens to often, it suspends your account because I KNOW my answers weren’t gibberish. Then when your suspension (it’s two weeks) is almost up, it changes to a lifetime ban. No second chance, no chance to state your point of view, just a permanent ban. I’ve reached out MULTIPLE times over MULTIPLE WEEKS to support and nothing. It’s non existent. All I wanted was answers to why it happens, but they can’t even bother with that apparently. What a joke of an app. Hard to recommend it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯I feel like I waisted my time
It’s an ok app but I won’t be using it again. For one they are very stingy with giving points when you get screened out of surveys they say that they’ll give a few points for your time and I’ve been screened out more than I have completed any survey and I rarely get those few points. Then I decided that the surveys weren’t really working so I completed a game offer I had to beat level 125 within 30 days and I did that and then I didn’t get my points for the offer because they have to pend for 30 days so I contacted them about why it takes 30 days for me to receive my reward and they basically told there is no real reason it takes that long but my offer has to be validated and once it’s validated I might get my points. So I feel like I waisted my time so for anyone who actually needs their points/money I suggest going to 5 surveys you are guaranteed $5 after completing 5 surveys.ehh
so it’s been about 2 days of using the app. & even though the setup & design is cool & taking surveys within the app is pretty easy . i decided to cashout my reward & after doing so i went on to complete another survey . after that i was notified my account was on hold to verify it which i did previously. then i was notified my account is on hold till 8/31 till they “verify the quality of my answers “ . as someone who frequently utilizes survey apps to earn extra income this type of response can deter potential users in the future . majority of the surveys i completed were short & not as complicated as others can be . Although i do appreciate the precautions i just have to say someone who can quickly read or answer questions doesn’t amount to the user being a “scammer” . if ai or a vpn isn’t being used & ppl are respecting the app then it makes no sense to put those on hold . as someone who has experience doing surveys & i’ve been using survey apps consistently for 2 years . i think these “holds “ can be unnecessary & invasive & there should be more ACCURATE ways to detect a true scammer ! i had high hopes but not so sure anymore after this especially coming from someone who’s been doing surveys since i was 18 whether online or through an app.
