A nice effort, but some issues
I applaud the developer for creating a web browser that can switch user agents. You can even create your own.
I think there should be a trial option as I found issues that, imo, were problematic for me:
- user agent string feature does work on the opening page, but I found it unreliable on subsequent pages such as a menu selection on a website
- No share sheet functionality
- No bookmarking or multiple windows (at least that I can find)
- Features that don't seem to do anything (clear history, share URL)
- Would be nice if there were documentation on some of the settings.
With a bit more polish and maturity, I think this app could be very helpful, especially for developers trying to test different browsers. Still, as it is, it's the one of the few browsers I've found that has multiple user agents built in. Even better, the user agents are fairly current.inthesand
