Okay, but..
This is a super fun concept and a way to recognize your coworkers, however it’s not the most user friendly. I would appreciate an option to go back through names instead of scrolling through the whole hospital. Also an option to pick only those on your unit rather than all staff.Beyerlm

Hey there! Glad you were able to give it a try! We've been working on a bunch of changes to help bring the right names to the surface. The cool thing is that the app will learn from your behavior, sort of like Twitter or TikTok where what you do in the game will help make the game more customized for you over time. Appreciate you mentioning the back button as well! We've had a few people ask for that feature and it's sliding up towards the top of the queue. We also have a nominations feature that is getting rolled out to test groups right now, that also should help make it easier to get your first few selections done in the game.
