I am f2p user at level 51, and it's still ok. Even if you don't get good heroes at first, you can easily get glimmerstones and summoning materials that you can get sr heroes later.

It's a good game for those who are tired of semi-auto battles. There's so much fun controlling things yourself. The gacha drop rate is good, keeping you playing the game nonstop.
