I had to trim a lot of my recent Anatomy and Physiology 2 college class because the screeching loud scratching noises were hurting my ears. That noise did not come from my professors class room. It happened in multiple recordings. I would like a replacement device from the manufacturer to be able to give you guys a better rating. I used it last semester on my Microbiology class and I had no issues. How long are these devices supposed to last? Is this a know issue?
I bought this as a tool for my ADHD and it has really helped me to know I have notes to lean on. This tool allows me to engage without having to furiously write notes. I hope it remains free to use because of the steep price of the recorder. Thank you Plaud for providing me a device that allows me to more actively engage with everyone.
I love this little device for work, home, and play. Its slim and discreet design allows me to attach it to the back of my phone, so with just a press of a button, I can capture meetings or conversations. This App makes it easy to reference them later for follow-up communications.
I am a perpetual notetaker in any situation lectures, speeches and meetings. And most often I miss content from the speaker because I’m engrossed in my notes. The PLAUD AI has transformed my learning capacity exponentially.
I can now take bulleted points on live lectures and calls, or during zoom meetings, including screenshots or snips of content and NEVER MISS A NOTE. Then, I simply insert my snips or screenshots into my exported AI dictated summary or transcription of perfectly taken notes. You’d be foolish not to purchase one of these… do it today.
Your various options are confusing. The Pro Plan offers 1200 minutes. Another plan offers 6,000 minutes. Are those 6,000 Pro Plan minutes or something else? That is the one thing that could be improved. Perhaps you can give me an answer HERE so everyone can see it.

The Pro Plan provides 1200 minutes of transcription per month, as well as additional advanced features such as speaker diarization and professional summary templates. You can subscribe to the Pro Plan on a monthly or annual basis.
In addition, we offer separate transcription quota packages for users who have used up their monthly transcription time. There are various quota packages available, such as 6000 minutes or 3000 minutes, for users to purchase as needed.I love plaid note because of my ADHD. I cannot always pick up the necessary details in meetings, trainings, etc.. The only thing I wish is if they had an iPad version of the app so I can read the PDFs better than what’s on my iPhone. However, still give this five stars.

The Plaud device has become a part of my daily routine. I take it to all my meetings to serve as my note taking assistant. I used to write pages and pages of notes. I normally have to have an assistant listen and takes notes on what to do. With Plaud, I can record, reorder tasks, send to appropriate parties with about 1/5 of the time that these processes usually take.
