Update: Turns out you have to create a new account for the app. You can use the same email/username, but you have to verify your email and re-register your equipment all over again.

The app uses separate accounts than is used by HarvestRight.com. If you have not set up an account using the "Don't have an Account?" option, you will likely need to create one. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team so we can help you.
