There’s too many bugs. The maritime training drill for example, the rescue boat doesn’t show up so you can’t complete the mission.

I appreciate the effort to expand the game, but every update comes with new bugs. The boat is unavailable in the drill that requires the boat, and you can’t play the helicopter mission since building the helipad doesn’t actually give you an aircraft.ErikSG
