We're sorry to hear that you having trouble using our app.You can follow the steps below to use the Bluetooth feature: 01.Login old Account First, you need to log in to the accountyou registered in the old version of theapp. once logged in, you will be able tosee the devices you previously added. 02.Unbind Your Device Find the device you want to unbind, go to the device panel page, then click on 'Editlcon'-'Remove Device'-'confirm' tocomplete the device unbinding. 03.Unplug The Power you can unplug The Power for a while,Then plug it in again. 04.Re-Add The Device After unbinding the device,and device is powered off,you can log out of the old account page and return tothe device page in the new app to proceed with device addition process.
