Useless app
First, they scam you at the dealership by saying all their cars have this tracker because they get stolen off the lot. They make you think you get it for free until the subscription expires. But they charged $700 at the sale. It's my fault; I took the guy's word and didn’t notice it til later. Then, the app doesn’t even work. I set up five checkpoints to get notifications while my family traveled across the country. None of them worked. Not one. It doesn’t work at all in rural areas. What’s the point? Avoid this product!!!
Even when the app still opened, it displayed completely inaccurate tracking. Speed, location of the car, even routes traveled were incorrect and/or completely unavailable. Now the app won’t allow you to log in; it blames you for losing internet within seconds of opening. This has been going on for months, and the company knows about it—they just can’t be bothered to fix it ‘cause they already got your money when the tracker was forced on you at the dealership.
