I wanted to like it but…

The app is through and that’s good. The annoying part is that you are logged out everyday and it takes about 8 screens of clicking to login the account. I’m going to use another app because I don’t like the inconvenience of the multiple login steps.

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using Face ID to log into the app. This will allow you to access your app almost instantly each time. :) In order to do this, make sure you’re logging in using an email and password (instead of Apple or Google sign in which can be more cumbersome depending on your settings for those). Once you setup your account with an email and password combination you’ll be prompted to allow FaceID for the app. If you missed that prompt or denied access initially, not to worry. Simply go to the menu in the top right corner of the cabinet (three horizontal lines), click on ‘Account Settings’ and scroll down to toggle on ‘Face ID’.

Great tool

Love this tool to keep track of medicines in cabinet. Would like to see search capabilities, add notes.

Thank you for your feedback, we love to hear how our users are enjoying the experience! For adding notes, if you click on your medication bottle and click on 'Edit Medicine Details', you can add notes for each item in your cabinet. You can also do this when you setup reminders. And coming before end of year, you'll be able to add those notes for your non-prescription medications, vitamins and supplements as well. Enjoy! This app has been so helpful!! All of us siblings can view and/or change our parents’ meds. I also use it to share my meds with my husband. This is the easiest app to use and so helpful!

Good but can be better

I like it a lot. But every time I open the app I have to log in. It’s frustrating actually. I wish I could just log in and when I go to the app it opens the app right away
I like the display of a cabinet and they have a wide database of meds.

Thank you so much for your feedback! So happy you enjoy the cabinet display. To login automatically using Face ID, please go to your account settings and toggle on 'FaceID'. For notification reminders to stay on, you can go on your phone to: Settings > Notifications > Scroll to MyCabinet > Change Banner Style from Temporary to Persistent. 5 Stars & Great For Whole Family

I love having all of my prescriptions and over-the-counter meds in one location. It’s a great value with your doctors and if you go to the emergency room or even the ambulance on the way to the hospital… It gives them everything they need when asked the question “what meds are you on?”

This is a great app and platform for me and my whole family and I’m sharing it with friends too.

OMG - save my moms life

Went to the ER with mom and it took them less than 5 minutes and they were super impressed with how organized and simple to use so they could get her the care she desperately needed quickly. They said MyCabinet cut their processing time in half!

Invaluable!

This app has been the only solution that has shown me some interactions with my medications that I was unaware of. No wonder the efficacy of one of my meds was diminished!

Best app compared to others

Love the medicine cabinet! It’s so cool having everything in my home medicine cabinet in my virtual cabinet. Shared it with everyone!
And I set up cabinets for my parents which is amazingly helpful. Just the other day I emailed my moms meds to her doctor before her visit. Highly recommend it!
