TFT is great…
The app is great and is very easy to use. The drivers are amazing and the convenience of having TFT has been great help since I no longer have a car. My biggest issue with TFT and from what I have heard both customers and drivers there isn’t enough drivers. This causes the biggest issue TFT has is their wait times. Sometime I have to book hours in advance because I do not know what my wait time is going to look like. The longest wait time I was given was 138 minutes. Sometimes the ride gets cancelled and you have to start over. Honestly they just need more drivers in order to evenly distribute the work load amongst the driverspystul
