Why
I downloaded this app because I saw a bug on my wall and idk what it was so I took a photo but I did it twice to make sure and it was a different bug each time. Next every time I would take a photo again it would send me to the subscription page each time i would press no thanks and then have to retake the photo. Please developers can you fix this

Failed to identify insect and doesn’t provide way to cancel subscription. Beware.
Great BUT not enough
What I was hoping to find on your app is how does the bug I’m identifying interacts with humans ,animals
Do they bite?? What if anything may the bite cause by way of extracting the blood of it’s host?

No Worms
I downloaded this app to hopefully identify a worm that’s invaded my Chinese takeout order. But the app doesn’t include worms. It doesn’t describe this in the app description so I took a chance. I’m disappointed.
