Worst app ever made
If I could give this app negative stars I would. Have tried to use my thousand + points and system doesn’t work. What’s the point of points if they don’t get used/expire from not being able to get used.
Can’t make this work
I’ve had the app for a few months and it never works. Points do not load. Specials screens go blank. I login and it doesn’t recognize me. I can’t order for pickup either. Not worth the hassle.
Can’t use it- fix it! -I mean come on.
I tried making a new account, signing in with my existing account, nothing is working and followed the “Forgot password” journey in hopes of signing in.
No verification codes are sent out. Thats a big problem.
With the experience I had with the app on my iPhone, I have to say it is broken completely. Has anybody else been able to sign in to the app?

Under-developed and critically broken
It’s a truly under-baked product that has no business being presented as an option to use. The labyrinth of confusing points to put information in is elementary and most of the buttons are broken or lead to dead webpages within the app. Just use the website. It’s the same experience with no roadblocks of technical incompetence.

App is OUTDATED
The shop portion almost never loads or reloads where you were at. It’s so laggy and delayed it needs new developments and just doesn’t load well. Alwats have to close and reopen it’s embarrassing when trying to load something on the app and it’s just a blank page because it’s so badly made. And not to mention the daily deals in the app most times don’t match what’s advertised in store at all

Does not work
This app simply does not work. It asks to enter passwords over and over until you feel like throwing your phone against the wall. PLEASE FIX I WANT MY REWARDS!

Awful worthless app
This may literally be one of the worst apps ever created. Whoever is in charge of this app needs to be fired and bring someone in to fix it all. Menus don’t load, app crashes everytime you touch it, points dont get added properly. What a scam. No one in store has any idea how it works or why it would not be working and just say it will work next time. Figure it out.

Frustrating
Unfortunately the app is very poorly made. It’s constantly blocking me with pop ups, reloading pages randomly, and basically just acts as a crappy website. I cannot be bothered to try to use it to shop for products. When I enter my information into the pop-ups for the rewards they offer, it just takes my info and gives me an error message. For the premium prices of the Artist Tree, I’d expect at least a decent app and interface for their users instead of a poorly made website implanted into a poorly made app.
