  • No integration with existing account

    horrible. so disappointed. i can’t even get it to work.
  • Awful worthless app

    This may literally be one of the worst apps ever created. Whoever is in charge of this app needs to be fired and bring someone in to fix it all. Menus don’t load, app crashes everytime you touch it, points dont get added properly. What a scam. No one in store has any idea how it works or why it would not be working and just say it will work next time. Figure it out.

  • Frustrating

    Unfortunately the app is very poorly made. It’s constantly blocking me with pop ups, reloading pages randomly, and basically just acts as a crappy website. I cannot be bothered to try to use it to shop for products. When I enter my information into the pop-ups for the rewards they offer, it just takes my info and gives me an error message. For the premium prices of the Artist Tree, I’d expect at least a decent app and interface for their users instead of a poorly made website implanted into a poorly made app.

  • Original customers

    The app is a nice way to get points for future discounts. My problem is I’ve been a customer for a long time and spent lots of money not to receive my previous points .
    Wish artist tree would honor what there employees say.
  • Application doesn’t recognize browser created account

    No point in using it if I have to go through the friggen hassle of setting up an entirely separate account. Which I can only assume will not recognize any of my prior transactions either.
  • Still not getting points

    I downloaded the app on the 18th and bought a quad no points were added because they didn’t have my phone number or email address. On the 25th i asked the employees about it. They had me full my information which i did. i bought another quad for around 120 before tax. Still no points. About to lose a faithful customer until things get fixed

  • Customer Points

    New customers at locations that never implicated a point or rewards system should honor all transactions a customer has made and all points should be present on the customers account not just after they “sign up” for a now developed app/ Rewards system. As someone who has spent a good amount of money and told from employees that soon we would be able to use previous orders for points I was expecting to see something in my account not just an 0. Would rather take business elsewhere with a better reward service than here.
