Why the rate app pop up always comes on when using the app??!

Every time I open the app, it asks me to rate it. I hope this gets fixed ASAP because it’s really annoying.

I don’t always remember to find videos I saved to watch for later on (sometimes the author removes it/archive it etc.) so preferred to download them, and, thanks to this app, I've streamlined my Instagram experience and effortlessly downloaded videos for inspiration or entertainment.
