At first it was a little complicated to connect to it since i couldnt do it on my laptop. But i was able to connect it to my ipad. It took a while but i figured out how to use it. Make sure you turn on ur printer first and it should have a blue light on then open the app and turn ur bluetooth on while staying on the app then connect printer :) hope this helps
So for those who are having difficulty with the importing of files to print, here’s the easiest way I can explain it. First, I’m assuming you were able to download the app, connect the printer via Bluetooth, and installed the included driver from the USB drive or the website.
I’m using an IPhone 14 just for reference.
1) select the document you want to import and save it to your files folder.
2) go into the files folder and select the document
3) choose the SharpFox app to open the document (this is what will actually import the file in order to print)
4) the file will be listed in the file list on the app and now you can select the file to begin printing
5) select the different options that you would like to apply for your print job (quality, orientation, etc.)
6) finally select print document to start the printing process
I understand the instructions that came with the printer are horrendous but once you figure out the process, the printer works as intended. I’m very happy that I’m going to have printer capabilities on the road. It’s going to save me a lot of time and energy to print documents on the fly instead of having to track down a location to print from. I hope these directions are somewhat helpful in getting your printer up and running.

Set up was easy. Files came on a semi suspicious flash drive. Took the chance n installed the driver. Worked great. Downloaded this app to run off my phone later, gave it a test run, not too shabby. Couldn’t get “open third party app” to show up when selecting a file to print but screenshots of the pages and print outs of those came out perfect. This is a budget on the go, compact printer. You’re getting what you pay for.

Returning the printer because this app is so bad. After an hour I finally figured out the asinine way it wants you to upload a doc and then it messes up on page two with no instructions on how to advance. It’s a disaster
It gives you instructions on how to import files but when you press the import button all it does is show the instructions again but won’t let you upload anything. Completely useless app
For starters it won’t orient sideways if you turn your phone or tablet so you can’t use it on a tablet with a keyboard. The instructions are almost non-existent. After trying to set up an account it won’t let me log in and when I try to re-set up the account it says account is already established. I spent an hour trying to figure out how to import a document to print and have been unsuccessful. I’ll be returning the printer that I bought that uses this app. It’s too bad. I really wanted to like it.
I can’t seem to find I a tutorial on how to import files to the app in order to print. The tutorial video for this is very difficult to see even in my MacBook and iPad. Searched the internet and am now a bit leery that I am unable to find ANYTHING online about this app….much less any instructions or further tutorials aside from the ones in the app.
